Why Class 11 Physics Feels Difficult

Nearly 80% of students entering Class 11 report that Physics is their most frustrating subject. In Class 10, physics was largely qualitative (simple optics, Ohm's law). In Class 11, physics suddenly requires calculus, vectors, and three-dimensional spatial reasoning.

The 4 Pillars of Classical Mechanics

1. Vectors and Kinematics: Projectile motion is simply two independent 1D motions happening simultaneously (horizontal at constant velocity, vertical under constant gravity). Once you split the vectors, the mystery disappears. 2. Newton's Laws & Friction: The direction of static friction always opposes the *tendency* of relative motion, not the motion itself. Practice drawing Free Body Diagrams until it takes under 20 seconds. 3. Work, Energy & Power: Understand when mechanical energy is conserved and when non-conservative dissipative forces do negative work. 4. Rotational Dynamics: Mass becomes Moment of Inertia ($I$), Force becomes Torque ($ au$), Momentum becomes Angular Momentum ($L$). Every linear equation has a direct rotational twin.
